Hitachi, a leading brand in the computer technology industry, released information regarding a new 10GB 1" hard drive. Upon it's release it will be the largest 1" drive on the market. Hitachi says that the drive is made primarily for digital camcorders and will soon be released to major camcorder developers so they can begin creating new camcorders and cameras with 10GBs of data storage. Hitachi also released information about a 500GB hard drive, which is a industry leading size in hard drive storage. Link
